About us

Ebb and Flow was created by three native sons of Florida; Rob Quinn, Kevin Hazellief and Jerry Hazellief. They were born and raised on the East coast of Florida in the town of Fort Pierce. Coming from a family that made their living off the land, and its pristine waters, the true “Native Floridian” way of life is in their blood.  They have always felt that the heart and soul of this state lies in its beauty and the natural wonder of its most important natural resources. From the Florida Keys, to the Okefenokee Swamp,  The Indian River Lagoon to Perdido Bay. We are proud to call this land and its surrounding waters our home. While traveling throughout the state especially on the water, we were always on the lookout for new places to do things that we enjoy. Florida is full of many activities that can be accessed by boat, and we had struggled to find a centralized location where we could find information on all of these activities. Therefore, we have created EBB and FLOW (Everything By Boat/Florida on the Water). Your one stop location for all things Boating, Fishing, Diving, and Dining with a waterfront view.
